Boys Just Wanna Have Trucks.

Some crazy mom would scour shops for princess-y and rainbow (!!) clothing to put on her little boy.  The kid grew up a little, started to get a clue, and asked his mom for, you know, normal clothes.  Joanne Jacobs writes that although this mom will let her kid dress in more traditionally male garb, "she seems to be hoping he’ll turn out to be gay so they can have more fun with glitter."

The problem with all this is, I think it's a true story.
