I can ride in cars now--can even dr...Thank you :-)<br /><br />I can ride in cars now--can even drive, since I have a standard transmission and my right leg is fine, but can only do so for short distances with no traffic. And it takes me a couple of minutes to get into a car--recline the seat, "scootch" myself in until I'm far enough back to get my rigid left leg into the car, elevate the seat, adjust forward. Well choreographed!<br /><br />I'm actually looking forward to starting physical therapy tomorrow so that I can start walking again. It will be 2x a week for 12 weeks. It's been 8 1/2 weeks since the accident.
