I forget all about where the particular entry might be situated, and just respond.

Really a nice blog! Isolationism isn't good for us, and it's not good for our children either.Elspeth https://www.blogger.com/profile/17495546895657214080noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2212741399857110313.post-19934613940127683112008-07-02T12:50:00.000-05:002008-07-02T12:50:00.000-05:00Well, this brings up some very interesting thought...Well, this brings up some very interesting thoughts of mine.

When I first moved to Morocco, I felt surprised by the fact that missionaries were prohibited. After being here many years, I have come to a different point of view.

I think anyone of ANY religion to tries to persuade someone or "educate" them about what the "true" or "best" religion is, is NOT RESPECTING the other person.

It's different if someone asks you about your religious beliefs, and if someone can explain without trying to convince another of his point of view. But that's probably hard for many people.

Personally, I don't think God cares what religion we are; I think he cares if we live our lives as people who are kind, thoughtful of others, and helpful to others while we are here.

Madame Monet
Writing, Painting, Music, and Wine
winewriter.wordpress.comUnknownhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07561303662263407088noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2212741399857110313.post-32847331432080062992008-07-02T00:00:00.000-05:002008-07-02T00:00:00.000-05:00Once again great post. She knows my beliefs and we just do not discuss that topic unless she ask questions. We must be open to people where they are at to be able to ever have a chance to make a difference. You are such a genuine person and I love reading your posts.Nicolehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15882915902110469241noreply@blogger.com
