    I literally DID throw up. Just avoid anything with "l-cysteine" in the label. Seriously. I'm looking through all my cabinets and about 3/4 of all breads DO HAVE IT in there.

    I am going to read labels at the grocery store from now on.

    PS. "Carmine" is crushed bugs' shells and adds colouring to Yoplait strawberry yoghurt. Honest.
