This is a picture of a half-eaten batch of pizza noodles. I'm inspired to put them on my blog because if Daja has an entire blog devoted JUST to food fixin', I can do one post! To make these, boil a LARGE pot of noodles. Then drain them, put them in a container for baking and add a big bunch of pizza sauce. Stir in a fair amount of mozzerella cheese and pepperoni. Top with cheese and pepperoni and bake at 400 until the cheese is melted and you think it's warm enough in the middle. Can you tell I hate measuring?17 March 2008
