Some people up the street were throwing this table away. It was in pretty bad shape and one of the legs was off. I've glued the leg back...

It's getting to be quite a diverse pottery collection!
ReplyDeleteDoes each person have their own pattern?
Each of the four younger children have at least two pieces of their own each. Patrick and G have decided they'd rather have video games for their Christmases so meh. They use my pattern sometimes. :)
ReplyDeleteI love your family's pottery. I put flowers in juice bottles too. And cough syrup bottles, dark green cold-pressed oil bottles, even old jam jars if they have a nice shape. I always remove the labels first though.
ReplyDeleteI liked the peaches on this label so I kept them on. :)
Deletethe flowers are pretty
ReplyDeleteI use all sorts of things as a vase
I love mixed pattern dishware, it's so much more interesting and creative
virtually nothing in my house (or life) quite matches or fits and that's just fine
I got an entire set of matchy-matchy stuff and then each of the children are starting collections of their own in their fave patterns. It's fun that even little Woodjie loves his "poyits pawyerry."
DeleteLovely...
ReplyDeleteI had laundry on my table during breakfast this morning. :o(
Doesn't sound very tasty but hey! To each his own. :)
DeleteEvery time I see your polish pottery I go "WOW"!
ReplyDeleteI have only found ONE shop in the entire country that sells it... and it's a 6 hour drive away, so I don't have much yet.
YOu are so lucky to have a really good collection.
Thanks, Chris! I order all mine by mail from Blue Rose Pottery. Not sure if they ship to NZ, though.
DeleteI love the pottery!
ReplyDeleteIt's ironic that your pottery comes from Blue Rose. We live in southern West Virginia and visit our daughter in Columbia, SC. I saw a billboard recently for Blue Rose and have wanted to visit the showroom. Fort Mill is on the way to Columbia. I love your pottery.
