ReplyDeleteDoes he memorize from reading it, or does he memorize from hearing it spoken? I have one who reads to memorize and one who likes to hear it.
I never heard him read it aloud, so I suppose the former. :)
DeleteI could never memorize poems although I did quite well with limericks and other jokes. At school, most of the poems we were required to read were very, very long and tedious to get through. If I'd enjoyed them, I may have memorized, but I found them boring.
