Muffin Tin Madness!

Ohhh you knew that I couldn't just buy a muffin TIN.  I bought Polish pottery!  Woodjie picked out this Christmas pattern on the computer.  We are using them to separate foods and make trying new little bites of things exciting!

Rose picked out a pattern that cost nearly a million dollars!  (Or close to it.)  It has to weigh at least five pounds, I swear.  When the children were done with everything in the cups, I put ice cream in one of the remaining spots.  Yum!

Emperor was jealous of all the picture-taking and said, "Take a picture of me guzzling all the applesauce!"  Ok, then.  Do you use muffin tins for your meals?  There are super-creative ideas all over the internet, but here's one to get you started.

  1. Where did you get those muffin tins? I think that's a great way to serve small amounts of new foods and I'd like to tell my niece about them.

    2. I'll check the site and see how much they charge for shipping to Australia. It may be out of my budget.

  2. What a great idea... gets rid of the whining about foods touching, and each serving looks so small, that it doesn't seem unreasonable to ask them to finish a serving of something they may not like. After they are done with that... then Icecream! genius!

    1. And, they picked their own patterns, so these are very special to them. :)

    1. Thanks! BUT. You should try cooking in these. Wash right up. Amazing. Not like scrubbing the metal tins.

Bringing Garbage Home

Some people up the street were throwing this table away. It was in pretty bad shape and one of the legs was off. I've glued the leg back...
