Out here that's illegal and those men can be charged with sexual harassment.
The video didn't play smoothly, so I couldn't understand the words but I got the general disgusting idea.
YES people act like this and much worse. So far as I know it is not illegal although if one particular person continued to harass someone after being told to go away/stop (and that has to happen, you can't just ignore).
