You'd almost think that somehow the parents forbidding their teenage daughter from seeing some guy LED TO murders happening. It was their fault that they were murdered because their forbidding their daughter from seeing him LED TO their murders... according to stupid reporting like this.
How about insanity, or pride, or uncontrolled anger LED TO their murders? How about we start handling words a little more carefully when we're writing for a national audience?
