The Proverbs 31 Woman

Kathie Thomas left a comment on my blog about being a Proverbs 31 woman. I visited her blog and thought YOU, gentle reader, would be interested in her website as well. Bless ya! http://proverbs31-woman.com Her link is also to the left as "Kathie Thomas's blog."

  1. Oh, I pray that the Lord would help me to be a Proverbs 31 woman. I work so hard yet I seem to fall so short. I wish I had been trained up at home at a young age but I am trying to do that with my kids so it will be easier for them when they are older. Just doing all the work for the kids instead of training them, does them a disservice when they are older. That is a very good video. Thanks for sharing. :)

  2. Jenny, I'm glad you like the video.

Re wishing you had been trained up at a young age - I wasn't to some extent. My mum was a stay at home mum so everything was done whilst we were at school and I learnt very little about housework or helping around the home. We did do the dishes and help feed the pets, I don't remember much else.

I became convicted and learnt about the Proverbs 31 Woman around 10 years ago and through God's teaching and gentle nudges, I've learnt more and more how to become like her. You can too.

Bringing Garbage Home

Some people up the street were throwing this table away. It was in pretty bad shape and one of the legs was off. I've glued the leg back...
