Bracelet Removal


Elf has been wearing this bracelet for years. It has his name and birthday on it and warns medical providers in an emergency that he has asthma. He hasn't used his asthma medication in several months. He has not had to go to the hospital all winter for asthma symptoms. The bracelet came off today. He will be surprised when he gets bigger that it used to be so large on him.

    Woo hoo to no bracelet.. they say small kids can outgrow asthma, maybe he has! How cool.

    David had terrible terrible croup every winter, when he was small. (it was very scary.) Then he was diagnosed with asthma when he was about 4 and given a 'preventer' as well as a ventolin inhaler to use as needed.The asthma medication also stopped the croup.(YAY)

    David hasn't had asthma since he was about 8 or 9. So I am assuming that he just outgrew it.

    So that is great news that Elf has had a good winter YAY..va
