Dill Potato Skin Fries

G and D worked on this together with a fry cooker. They took potato skins (we used the potatoes for something else) and put them into the frier with dill weed spices. It turned out very well, but I don't have a final picture because these were eaten too quickly.

  2. Good job! What are you using in the fry cooker? I have one and have hesitated to use it due to the cost of oil and how much will go to waste(?) Tell the kids - next time we want a pic of the final yummy!

  4. Chris, you eat your potatoes raw? Um, that's really kinda more weird LOL!

Thanks, Harish! I only had one, and it tasted like pickles and french fries all at once.

Kathy, I'll ask D because I stay way away from the fry cooker. Just because I'm me and have had enough accidents for the year already. :]

  7. Also to let you know ... you don't just use a bunch of crisco and through it away ... it can be used over and over.

About the church and the clubs. you are so right, they need a church there don't they? one of the owners of a couple of the bigger joints ran for county commisoner several times. Thankfully he lost! Also had a cable public access show for some time where he spewed his atheism! Name was Joe Reddner.

Bringing Garbage Home

Some people up the street were throwing this table away. It was in pretty bad shape and one of the legs was off. I've glued the leg back...
