Here he is, playing with his new chess set and wearing his balloon "Indian" hat. He really enjoyed the story of Pocahantas, so today he is an Elf Indian.

ReplyDeleteHappy Birthday to Elf! I love the hat. Thank you for your sweet comments about my birthday worries. I feel sort of silly now, like my priorities have been a bit off. Isn't it amazing how some grandparents really do seem to live for the moment their children grow up and leave as if they are done forever with babies and kids? I spend more time praying that my kids will want to be around me their whole lives. I guess it takes all kinds.
