Nesting
I think it's a female robin. She sits on the nest almost all the time now. I wonder what baby robins are like and whether we will be able to see anything from our deck, where this pic was taken with zoooom. Seems that now that we are studying birds, we will get to see some if not up close, at least nearby.

ReplyDeleteBeautiful! My bird-loving kids were excited to see your robin (and, believe me there was lots of research to confirm their agreement on your assessment)! They have never seen one in real life - at least not in recent memory, because we don't have them in Japan. Wouldn't it be cool if you could get some photos of the babies?1
