I know you're looking at the date of my post and thinking I'm making it all up, but no such luck. Apparently this is not a hilarious April Fool's joke like the "I'm hiding in the bathroom during a massive college campus shooting" prank this chick tried to pull off. (Hint: it doesn't end well.)
I do think some of the LEGO products are a little overly-dark for small children, however. And I would allow my older children to collect and construct BIONICLE items, but not to watch the movies and read the books while they were smaller. There's a whole fake theology and storyline connected with them that I don't appreciate.
I don't really want to devise motives for Satan, but I'm just guessing LEGO is not number one on his list.

Wow!... on the prank failure. As for the Lego thing, I try to take toys at face value... her kid, here's a gadget... go play with it. I do hear you on the story lines and theologies though. There were times when we were watching something and hairs would stand up on my neck, and I would pause the TV and say ... "OK kids, here's the thing...." My daughter now wants to write a book with hidden Christian theology... she figures if they can work in Hinduism, buddism, and witchcraft, why can't she work in Christianity... on purpose.

DeleteI love Lego in all it's forms. My younger brothers had quite a bit and my grandchildren had so much they could have opened a store! Beginning with Duplo as toddlers and progressing through different types and figures as they grew older and wanted Lego packets with scenes from movies they had seen such as Star Wars, Star Trek and Lord of the Rings. I always wanted any sets where I could build houses from them.
