Funny little clip. I understand the concept that if union membership weren't mandatory, some people would benefit from the things the union does. You know, like supporting Democratic politicians who would make the world a better place. Or, as in the case of the NEA, rail against your freedom to homeschool even as you pay the taxes the teachers use toward their dues! Nice, isn't it?

ReplyDeleteI've seen this ad on TV. I'm not too fond of mandatory membership. I had to join and pay dues for a summer job. I was only there for 3 months before I had to leave for college.
