I take some sweet potatoes and boil them in a big pot for about half an hour. Then I cut them down the middle and scoop them out of their skins. Then I mush them and put them in a container for the fridge. When J is going to eat sweet potatoes, I scoop some out of the container, into a small bowl and add a little water and a bit of sugar and microwave it for a few seconds. Yum!
